I'm a Human-centered Design Strategist and Service Designer with a master’s degree in Design Management. Trained in design thinking methodologies, I strive to provide clients and my team with an engaged and collaborative discourse throughout the development process. I have led the research, design and development of digital products and experiences across various industries including financial services, hospitality, and education.  I'm passionate about digital transformation, service design, and systems thinking, and believe in the power of design to create positive change. 

I've lived and worked in New York, Berlin and Buenos Aires and experienced first hand how culture differentiates our behaviors, but humanity ties them together.
